Nylon cord for mowing which attract attention.
For the grass mowing ordinary device is metal made round saw blade though, these days due to decline of population/ageing tendency/women's participation etc., requirement of safety at the use of brush cutter is more demanded than ever. Nylon cord can be used at the place where metal blade can not be used such as the place where has much obstacle/place near the fence etc. Since the material is nylon, it can prevent severe injuries even when fallen down while the operation of brush cutter.
material
standard
This is the standard nylon cord among whole product lineup. As a material copolymerized Nylon6 or Nylon66 is used. And its mixture ratio/sub material like auxiliary agent/production process etc. are different for each models. Basically, we are supplying in plain colour(white translucent).
granite mix(ROCK"N")
Granite which is one of the popular stone used for civil engineering & construction etc. Its particle is compounded in certain volume and thanks to that it has got the superior wear resistance & the long lasting sharpness.
metallic
Aluminum particle is compounded in ordinal nylon cord. It is superior in wear resistance and then durability is improved.
walnut mix
Our region(Nagano prefecture) has the highest production of walnut. The particle of its shell is compounded in nylon cord. The scratching performance of walnut shell which is being used in snow tire/abrasive/facial cleanser can enhance the sharpness of nylon cord.
BAISON
Fairly thick cord for the professional use which has got reinforced aluminum as the sub material. It's very superior in both smashing power & wear resistance though, it is recommended to use brush cutter in engine size 28cc above, since burden to the engine is rather higher.
golden
The high performance cord in the colour of golden tone which is made of special composite material mixed with aluminum. The slightly softer formulation than one for metallic cord can enhance the durability of the cord by preventing the racking at tip and is superior in wear resistance.
