Nylon cutter is the tool which is used by fixing at the leading edge of the brush cutter.
It's something like an attachment which to fix to brush cutter on behalf of metal blade. Nylon cord to be attached to this tool and can mow the grass by rotating at extremely high speed.
At the operation by nylon cord it is less likely to get injured even when cord touched to the body of operator.

Actually, the National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan also recommends the use of nylon cord. This is because of nylon cords do not invite kick back. (Kick back is the accident that brush cutter to be bounced off when it hits hard object during the mowing operation. )
If & when kick back has happened there is a risk that the blade to hit people near to the operator. Also, if you use a metal blade such as the chip saw or the 8-bladeas disk etc., it may invite the considerable impact if it hits a hard object. Sparks may fly with the big sound. In addition, crushed stones, concrete, and blade fragments may scatter around. In that respect, nylon cord does not invite kick back, since it is not so powerful as to crush concrete or stone.
And because of the cord is made of nylon, there is almost no risk even if it broken. Furthermore, since the cord is mowing grass by crushing it in small pieces there is no need to collect grass after mowing, and also we can avoid to leave some grass unmowed because we can see the mowed status at the field easily since the mowed grass does not stay on the ground pilling up.
